1) Eligibility

5) Orders, Payment, and Delivery

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received before delivery.

Delivery is provided electronically after successful payment, which may include:

  • An on-screen download link

  • A download link sent by email

  • Access through your customer account (if enabled)

Once delivery is provided, the product is considered delivered.

6) Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final, except where required by law.

7) Accuracy and No Guarantees

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
